Rykker Franks is a Certified Flight Instructor at Oklahoma Flight Academy. Raised in Claremore, Oklahoma, Rykker is proud to be living out his lifelong dream of aviation. His passion for flying began at just six years old, inspired by his father’s more than 45 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.

A graduate of Riverside Flight Center and Spartan College of Aeronautics, Rykker holds a Private Pilot License, Instrument Rating, Commercial Single- and Multi-Engine Certificates, and a Complex Endorsement, along with an Associate Degree in Applied Science – Aviation Flight.

With experience across a wide range of aircraft and avionics platforms, Rykker brings strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm to every lesson. He is committed to developing the next generation of safe, skilled, and confident pilots while fostering a positive and motivating learning environment.
