He holds a degree in Aviation Management from Oklahoma State University, where he completed a comprehensive program that combined pilot training and aviation operations with business and leadership training.

Allan owns several small businesses and spent years in the aviation corporate world as Director of Sales and Marketing for a large Part 145 Repair Station. His extensive qualifications reflect a deep commitment to aviation safety and education.
